Todd Lozier
President

Todd Lozier has been an active part of the Lochwood-Lozier family business since 1984. He developed his field experience both on the working end of a shovel and apprenticing under our seasoned Project Manager. Todd worked his way up the proverbial "ladder" of responsibilities and achieved the position of Vice President of Operations in 1998, and President in 2005.

"We don't use the materials that will just get by…"
- Todd Lozier

As Todd explains, "The something special that home buyers are looking for are noticeable throughout the homes we build. We don't use materials that will just get by, and craftspeople that we can't trust for consistent, quality workmanship. Our homes exceed industry standards and building codes in many ways. Most of our contractors have worked with us for over 15 years." Lochwood-Lozier takes pride in their signature quality finish work, and design detail. "Our primary goals," Todd adds, "are for customer satisfaction and building homes that offer long-term, strong re-sale value."

Jon Lozier

Chairman and Construction Manager

Jon Lozier has over 40 years of experience building single family homes in Seattle's Eastside communities. It all started as a small family business in 1960 with his father and two brothers. The family business at that time was known as Lozier Construction, currently Lozier Homes. After 22 years, with Lozier Homes which has become one of the largest homebuilders in the state, Jon chose to part ways. In 1984, he partnered with Pat Lochwood to establish Lochwood-Lozier. They set out to create, design and build custom homes which are uniquely crafted to suit the needs of individuals. The professionals at Lochwood-Lozier are an integral component of the company's recognition in the marketplace.

Today, Jon is primarily involved with land acquisitions, corporate planning, project proforma, and product development. He explains that the key to the company's success is dependent on the field and office personnel, who pride themselves in knowing their craft and their responsibilities and who are a critical element in providing client satisfaction. "Excellence comes through teamwork, communications, and our corporate philosophy which recognizes the performance of each individual's importance in creating a truly custom product."!

"The Lochwood-Lozier team is thankful for every homebuyer that recognizes our standards of excellence and chooses a Lochwood-Lozier home".

Patricia Lochwood
Executive Vice President

Pat Lochwood brings 20 years of home building experience in the Puget Sound area. As a co-owner at Lochwood-Lozier since 1984, Pat has been responsible for overseeing the interior design of finishes in the homes and for the marketing department. She states that women are increasingly more influential in new home design and construction. In the past, most homes were designed by men for men, without enough consideration for the day to day functions. We're targeting a market that is sophisticated and discriminating in what they want in a home. We're working hard to produce homes that meet those educated requisites.

Today, varied compositions of what comprises a family including considerations for elderly parents, cultural customs, live-in-care providers which all require the flexibility and expertise from a knowledgeable builder.
